Refunds and Returns

By making a purchase on our website, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below:

Returns

We aim to make your shopping experience stress-free! We gladly accept exchanges (online credit) within 30 days: kindly contact us via email to arrange a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receiving the return, we will issue an online credit equivalent to the item's value.

Exchanges are permitted for a different size. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges, and we will provide a credit note for purchasing a different size.

Custom embroidery garments can not be refunded.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on perceived colour differences arising from variations between computer screens and actual garment colours. Feel free to ask us any questions if you are uncertain about the colour. We accurately describe colours in product descriptions and provide multiple photos.

We do not allow exchanges or refunds for sale items. Sale items are considered final.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, undamaged, within 30 days of receiving them.

We accept Paypal, Credit Card, or Afterpay (limited to Australia)

Price

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars. Prices for ordered items are fixed once the order is placed. Any subsequent price changes, whether up or down, will not be applied retroactively to existing orders. Prices for Australian residents include a 10% GST.
